OBJECTIVES, PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS AND FORUM MEMBERS

This Forum is a communication place of a community, which is interested in continuing education in clinical psychopathology. This community consists of the teachers, the former and current students of the training courses of Psychopathology.gr.* However, anyone else interested in the relevant topics can participate – make a post – in the Forum discussions, since they first create their personal account in the Forum.

The Forum is a way to promote the discussion on topics about mental health professionals’ education and experience. Also encouraged are the information exchange, the request of opinion or advice from others about internship issues, the post of problems or recommendations on education or working with patients.
Indicative fields for discussions in this Forum are:

• Training in clinical psychopathology and therapeutic interventions – Psychiatric specialty, specializations, certifications – Training courses, activities, organizations
• Study in clinical psychopathology – Problems, specific questions – Sources and material (articles, books, conferences, web sources etc.)
• Internship issues – Problems in treatment and management of patients – Mental health services, occupational issues

The members of our courses’ teaching team are already the first members of the Forum and they will gladly open up topics, respond to your comments and participate in the discussion on your own topics. The teachers and students, current and former, of our training courses are the members of the Forum who can not only leave comments, but also open up topics related to clinical psychopathology (mental disorders and their treatment) and the training in it. All the other Forum members are able, whenever they wish, to participate in the discussions and leave their comments.

Our teachers and students already have an account in Psychopathology.gr and they can use this same account (username and password) to enter the Forum.* Anyone else who wants to be a Forum member should register in it and create their own account.

Registration is made through the site of Psychopathology.gr. By clicking on "Login" on the upper right, you choose "Create an Account", where you fill in the mandatory fields (asterisk) and select "Forum" as level. Upon activation of your registration, a confirmatory email will be sent to you. Once you have received the confirmatory email, you will be able though your account – by filling in your personal information (username and password) and clicking "Login" on Psychopathology.gr. – to participate in the Forum.

Forum has an administrator, who is responsible for adhering to its rules. He has the ability to monitor members' posts and comments and delete spams. The username of the administrator is "Psychopathology".
